Shipping policy

At Royal Clips, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 and free express shipping on all orders over $149.

Shipping Times:

  • Orders placed before 12 pm EST may be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Carrier:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Amazon Logistics or FedEx.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We will ship to APO/FPO if provided the correct address.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times:

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible or liable for shipping delays by the carrier.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or stolen packages:

  • Packages marked lost in transit by the shipping carrier will be reshipped at no cost to the customer. Packages marked delivered by the carrier will be reshipped to the customer, one time, at a 50% discount.
